These ten rules summarize our commitment to a safe, respectful, and vibrant artistic community.
1. Respect all people and their art equally.
2. Zero tolerance for all forms of hate or harassment. Instant suspension until hearing.
3. Treat the center’s property and others' gear with care. You break it, you buy it.
4. If conflict arises, involve a staff member immediately.
5. Never resort to violence; it results in automatic suspension.
6. Suspension and Serious issues will be addressed by a three-member hearing panel.
7. Renters must provide at least two 18 or older people to manage door and floor
8. Attend monthly FEED Member meetings to guide operations.
9. FEED Members must uphold the center's mission and policies.
10. Be proactive in keeping our shared spaces safe, always check the door behind you is locked when exiting.

This policy outlines the Art Center's commitment to a safe environment free from harassment, discrimination, and bullying, consistent with our Zero Tolerance for Hate standard. This policy applies to all members, visitors, artists, staff, and contractors.
Definition of Harassment
Harassment is unwelcome conduct that is based on race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy), national origin, age, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other characteristic protected by law.
Harassment includes, but is not limited to, offensive jokes, slurs, epithets or name-calling, physical assaults or threats, intimidation, ridicule, mockery, insults, offensive objects or pictures, and interference with work performance.
Examples of Prohibited Conduct:
Verbal Harassment: Making derogatory comments, slurs, or persistent, unwanted sexual advances.
Physical Harassment: Touching, grabbing, pushing, or blocking someone's path in an offensive or intimidating manner.
Visual Harassment: Displaying offensive images, drawings, or symbols.
Cyber/Digital Harassment: Using electronic means (email, social media, messaging) to spread rumors, intimidate, or post offensive material related to the center or its members.
Standards of Conduct
All individuals associated with the Art Center must:
Treat others with dignity and respect.
Refrain from any behavior that creates an intimidating, hostile, or offensive environment.
Immediately stop any behavior that another individual indicates is unwelcome or offensive.
Intervene safely or alert staff immediately if they witness harassing behavior directed at others.
Reporting Procedures
If you experience or witness any form of harassment, follow these steps immediately:
Direct Communication (If Safe): If comfortable, clearly tell the person their behavior is unwelcome and must stop.
Report to Leadership (Mandatory): Immediately report the incident to a Staff Member, Center Leader, or FEED Member. You may report in person, by phone, or in writing (email is acceptable).
Staff will listen empathetically and take detailed notes, maintaining confidentiality to the greatest extent possible.
No Retaliation: The Art Center strictly prohibits retaliation against any individual who reports harassment in good faith or participates in an investigation. Any act of retaliation is a separate, serious violation of this policy.
Investigation and Disciplinary Action
Investigation: Upon receiving a report, center leadership will initiate a prompt, thorough, and impartial investigation led by designated staff or FEED Members.
Resolution: If the investigation confirms a violation, disciplinary action will be taken, up to and including immediate expulsion from the center, suspension (per the Community Standards), or involvement of law enforcement as appropriate.
Formal Hearing: As stated in the Community Standards, serious matters may be elevated to the three-member hearing panel for final resolution.

To maintain a cohesive and professional aesthetic throughout our digital arts space, all staff, exhibitors, and partners must strictly adhere to the following guidelines regarding interior and exterior signage at FEED.
Core Guidelines
No Handwritten or Taped Signs: Under no circumstances are handwritten signs, notes, or temporary printouts permitted. Do not tape, tack, or otherwise affix unauthorized materials to glass doors, windows, gallery walls, or anywhere else within the building.
Strict Brand Alignment: All signage displayed within the facility must be professionally produced and visually consistent with FEED's branding identity.
Required Elements: Any approved sign must exclusively utilize FEED’s official brand fonts and feature the exact, unmodified FEED logo.
Approval and Asset Requests
To ensure compliance with our visual standards, all signage must go through an official review process prior to printing or installation.
