Collin Bonner: Face Me
Collin Bonner graciously gives us an in-depth tour of his innovative Sandbox Residency at the FEED 0E garage gallery. This marks Collin's very first solo exhibition, which includes an intriguing video-sculpture self-portrait, a series of captivating analog projections, and an array of vintage tube TVs. Originally inspired by the dynamic visuals of snowboarding videos, Collin skillfully creates pixelly pleasures that resonate with the charm of classic video technology. FEED is making a significant investment in the future of digital artists through its dedicated Sandbox Residency. This program is designed to support emerging digital artists who hail from a variety of diverse cultural communities, and who either hold pre-professional degrees or are just beginning their artistic journeys without established careers or prior exhibition experience. Participants engage in an extended residency period, typically lasting around two months, during which they enjoy special access to a wide range of valuable resources provided by FEED.
